Absolutely serene property with lovely view and comfortable AC cottages. The pool small but adeqate and offers a great view of the sea. The property is huge with lush green well maintained lawn. The restaurant and food is excellent. The quantity is adequate. The beach is absolutely clean and not crowded at all. A lovely getaway from a hectic lifestyle. Highly recommended.

A beautiful location and lovely ambience is completely spoilt by inefficient management. We were a family of 8 and had booked 3 cottages. The cottages all have a sea facing view however they are very small with no ventilation. The construction is very poor, gaps and spaces around the roof lead to flies and insects entering the cottage. Our rooms were flooded with flies on the second night. The kitchen service is terribly slow. On the first night they kept us waiting for over an hour and then we were told the gas had malfunctioned. We had to make last minute arrangements at 9:30pm. The day after we gave lunch and dinner orders 3 hours in advance. Still all the dishes were not ready. There is no manager at the location whom we can complain to. The reception closes in the evening. Most of the staff is young and inexperienced. They have not been given any training in hotel management. We had booked a stay for 3 nights but cancelled our plans and left on the third morning itself. In more efficient and dedicated hands this place would have been the ideal vacation spot.

Great stay option near Vengurla. Space inside room is a bit less but the ambiance and cleanliness covers it all. Ideal for 2 people. With third person in it will be difficult to accommodate. It’s directly connected to Sagareshwar beach. Property area is huge and well maintained. Pool is in good condition and offers infinity view. Food was tasty. Staff is friendly and supportive.

We had the most amazing stay at Golven. The location is perfect! Sagareshwar beach is pristine clean with white sand and clear water. It almost felt like our private beach. The beach and sea is visible from the cottages. The resort has a beautiful garden with a variety of flowers and arched walkways which make you feel like you are walking in times of yore in a secret garden. The cottages itself are tiny but well equipped and clean. The porch has nice resting chairs. The bathrooms are clean. The most amazing aspect was the food. All our meals were delicious, quantity more than sufficient. The people involving the managers, serving staff, gardeners everyone was helpful, smart and ever smiling. We would like to mention Mr. Arolkar who especially made our stay memorable. As for sight seeing also the resort is perfectly placed. There is a beautiful temple on the beach itself, facing the sunset walk to your left. To your right you can see the lighthouse. The way to the light house is just about 15 mins by car, there are a dozen ancient and beautiful temples in the village. There is the vengurla bandar and fruit research institute also withing 20mins by car. Overall a beautiful stay and much recommended

Excellent place to relax. Very polite, helpful and courteous staff. Authentic food. Neat and clean rooms. Property is sea facing. Walkable distance from the cottages. A nice place to have destination wedding. Overall a very good place.
