Pros..
It's a good place for people looking out for peace of mind. The staff here is very cooperative and polite. Rooms a big enough and cleanliness is maintained. Food is excellent and very tasty, hygienically packed for room service.

Cons..
If you are looking for fun and adventure trip then it's a bad choice. There are only 3 small slides with swimming pool, a rain dance area and a garden side by. But due to power cut offs these things wouldn't work. That's it.
But overall I would suggest it for a family outing or a small get together.

As a family outing it was a good experience.

Good value for money. Has decent food, a good swimming pool and rides. Nothing majorly disappointing. Good nature view as well.

However if you have elderly people in the group with mobility challenges - please make sure you don’t book the hill top rooms. It’s at a height & there’s no lift.

Best location in Karjat. Property is road touch but silent and serene. Rooms are very good with television and WiFi availability and climate is always very favorable here. Pool with mini slides is provided for family entertainment. Indoor games like table tennis, badminton, indoor cricket and chess is provided to customers. Total package (all inclusive) per person for 24hrs stay is Rs 2500.
Pure veg restaurant is hosted by the owners. You can also order non-veg food from any nearby restaurant available. Good hospitality and humble staff.

Stayed here with family and kids. I really appreciate staff behaviour. They are very friendly and with positive attitude.Proactive in helping guests. My kids enjoyed the swiming pool and ride a lot.

Though rooms are not very good but they are big enough.

Food and hospitality has been amazing.
Service is really amazing i loved how they ask you each and every and get it delivered without any issues.

Take a room package you will get food free all 3 times . And food is really good.

They are pool which is big enough you can enjoy water slides too . Overall this place is worth coming if you are planning a cool weekend trip ..

This hotel is located conveniently on main road. Good for holding events. But a little more attention on cleanliness of washrooms will help to have a good impression. Management told me that washrooms are cleaned twice in a day if so better supervision will help. Use of toilet cleaner will certainly improve cleanliness. Hope management will take notice to improve it?

3rd class service and food quality are very bad. Pls don't go there. It's totally waste of money and time

THIS RESORT DESERVES 0 STAR'S. service was very worst..food quality was very bad..hairstraned found in breakfast and also in lunch specially catering staff was mannerless they dont knw how to talk with the guest. arrogant behavior . They have catering monopoly they don't allow other catering services. They told u that they will give u RO mineral water but they're giving borewell water in jar. quality and quantity of ice cream are very very low standards. As per the catering services the plates got over immediately in start. Catering services give u a wrong information about the number of plates used for lunch.

Only positive was Room services. Mr. Sonawane was very sincere he was trying his best to give best services.
