Very nice experience. I stayed in a non AC room, the room is big. Easy to park your car or motorcycle on the private parking. All the staff is very very friendly. Food from the restaurant is good If you look for a budget accommodation just 1km from Ajanta caves that’s the place to be! It’s a government owned property you won’t find it on booking but you can easily book them online on MakeMyTrip

This place is best avoided. The rooms are big, high ceiling, no ac and poorly maintained. The toilet fittings, basin, taps are in total disrepair and have never been cleaned professionally. Liquid soap dispenser does not work and there is no toilet paper holder. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is industrial type and makes a hell of a racket. The location tho is nice amidst greenery and and just a km or two away from the caves.

Worst place! don't go to waste your money!! Other than being on Highway, it has nothing to offer. The proper is spacious and freshly painted now in October 22 but cleaning is not done. @we were allocated room 10 which had 2 single beds joined. The bathroom floor was broken and geyser was not functional. After taking them they made it but it was so small that hardly 2mugs of hot water cane out in cold temperature of 19° @ cook comes only 4hrs n morning and 4hrs in evening. There is no lunch facility here. @the manager is completely useless. He doesn't have the courtesy nor the basic mannerisms. @The property we felt has overall bad vastu. We couldn't sleep well in the night. @it's not well kept at all and no maintenance. @for no facilities we were charged 2100/- per night which is quite costly.
Ultimately,, we decided to check out one day early and forfeit one day charges.
Only pro - there is Radha Krishna dhaba 2mins walkable from the property which gives amazing mouth watering yummy lunch dinner and breakfast. Its pure veg and hygienic, fresh food. They have open kitchen so you can see the cleanliness and the hygiene. @

One of the few accomodation options for tourists visiting Ajanta Caves, which is about 2 kms away. It's a basic accomodation with canteen and don't expect too many facilities. The rooms are just about average clean, and a film of dust was seen on the furniture. Bed linen was fresh and toilet was clean. Overall, it's manageable.

Location is wonderful and service also satisfactory. One issue, due to some reason given all phone numbers are unavailable in this resort, so please update contact no in this resort. Food delivered from their restaurant by staff with extra charges. Very good place for holiday spend.

Govt of maharastra resort near ajanta caves. Centrally located. Nice and vast property. All kinds of rooms with basic amenities are here. Best place to see ajanta. Staffs are good but mtdc fardapur suffering lack of staffs heavily. They have no room services. Even visitors have to go dining to bring their water. They need proper maintenance in all rooms. Many gadgets and things are century old. But they try to serve their best. Food is good. Tasty. Kitchen staff and restaurant incharge to reception all are cordial and kind enough to help you. Very secured resort too.

MTDC being MTDC, property is very spacious and located very near to Ajanta caves. Staff is courteous and freindly. Food quality and cleanliness can be better.

Best part of this hotel is location, located just 2 kms away from Ajanta caves this hotel provides excellent comfort and wonderful stay at reasonable rates. Offcourse during peak tourist season the rates do go up.
The hotel has adequate number of AC and non AC rooms, few dormitories are also available which can accommodate large numbers during group visits.
Restaurant inside the complex is good and caters for good numbers. The food is as per Ala Carte and not buffet (could be buffet in tourist season). Food is good and has good number of options. Both veg/ non veg is available. Breakfast was not complimentary, during our stay. Pl do check at the time of booking.
Parking is adequate and has few children rides . AC rooms are well maintained and nicely done up. In good season even Non AC rooms are adequate. Additional beds if required for children can be provided at additional amount.
