Great Rooms. Stayed for 2N at Grand Classic. Rooms are Big enough for a family of 4. Just the bathroom is a bit stinky sometimes. Dustbin were rusty.
Food Quality and restaurant service is 5 Star.❤️ Not a single NO from the manager for any kind of food to be prepared for our kids. Very responsive and generous staff. Games room is good in the times when it's raining. Overall a Good PURE VEG Resort stay.✌️

The hotel is awesome... It's a little away from main market but that's what makes this place more beautiful. The place is neat and clean and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious and they had a lot many options. Over all its too good.

Great property in Mahabaleshwar, with scenic views all around. They serve only vegetarian food. The food is pretty good and the service is top notch. Their garden side huts are best to stay. However, room setup is very basic and lacks modern amenities.
Special mention to their restaurant staff for arranging non spicy food for the kids.
Lingmala waterfall near property is a must visit.

It is great resort with all amenities and really good for family holidays. Would highly recommend for people who are looking for pure veg restaurants. Their food is really to die for. They have wide varities of options for breakfast buffet.
Coming to the rooms, they could be a little better. Needs maintainence.

It was our first stay at TGL and we were extremely pleased with it. They offered delicious food and catered to our special request for our children without a frown. Clean room and nice ambience. Specially commendable was the smooth and speedy check in and check out.

Location: Very well placed in Panchgani and peaceful atmosphere. The view was great, but for selected rooms only.

Rooms: A bit smaller rooms considering the rates charged. Bathrooms are very compact and need to be larger for convenience. However, good cleanliness and hygiene.

Room Service: Warm and quick but needs to be called upon for refiling a few times.

Restaurant & Food: Bit crowded during lunch and dinner times. However, good ambience and very welcoming staff. The food was excellent, only if you are a pure vegetarian. Food was largely traditional. The breakfast buffet has limited items and the menu needs to include more continental items.

Overall: Good place for leisure especially for family vacation and relaxation. However, comparatively expensive as compared to other similar properties in Panchgani

1. Mercury n all other lawn view room needs detailed revamp.
2. Mercury room's TV was not working and even TV view quality was bad.
3. Washroom Lock cannot be as simple as sleeping tower bolt.
4. Food was at its best. Breakfast among, all was best.
5. Atmosphere was pleasent and salient music was adding fun in it.
