MTDC Resort Ganpatipule

The location of the resort is absolutely perfect. We visited during September so monsoon was still there. There were those monsoon caterpillars everywhere around the cottages. Guess it can't be avoided as we went in monsoon. The rooms are a bit old but clean. We did find some ants in the bed but no issues after that. The sea view is breath taking and you will never get tired of it. There is a path to the beach from the resort which can be used for late evening walks etc. Overall the stay was wonderful. Only thing is the hotel inside the resort is horrible. There are many options outside so don't go to Taranga hotel. The view from the room is in the picture attached.

Location is very nice. Walkable distance from Ganpati Temple. We booked premium suite, which is around 1 km from main gate. Reception is also different for ordinary rooms and premium suites/ bamboo houses.
Restaurant is little expensive compared to other local ones.

Overall it was nice stay.

Nice MTDC resort.

Exactly besides Ganpati temple.

Sea view is amazing.
Restaurant is good and food is tasty.

Need some more maintenance.
Garden and park is not maintained well.

The location of resort is perfect. I had taken sea view room. The view from room is best and you can enjoy sitting in your balcony. The restaurant is terrible. MTDC does not operate that. It is given to some third party. Tasteless food is served. There are various other restaurant nearby which are with best food and pocket friendly.

*Awesome Location*Booked executive suite non sea view near bamboo houses, amenities as they didn’t provide tea coffee maker at so called suite room. We stayed from 21-22nd Dec'22 and the best part that it's right on the beach that is quite clean and you can enjoy every moment while staying there. Would definitely recommend. My family is my life, and everything else comes second as far as what’s important to me."

All the amenities , service are top class , completly luxurious stay.. food bit costly but for taste full marks.
it is well connected to beach and have ample amount of space the best part is beach view you can enjoy from your room as well .

Fantastic location and spacious and clean rooms. Well maintained property, this is one of the best MTDC property amongst many i have visited over the years. Recommend to a must visit location. Beach is also clean and less crowded compared to goa. Only cons is room service is not available. Great stay.

Amazing stay at mtdc resort, just situated on the shore of Ganpatipule beach.. Variety of rooms available. We stayed in bamboo huts with sea view, it was fantabulous. Beach is perfectly visible and hardly a min stay.
Food options are not great, but stay wise, this resort is one of the best mtdc resort.
