Really good place for those who wants rooms and food at economic rate... Rooms are nice and clean... Owner of this place Chaudhary uncle is really polite and helpful which makes this place to visit again in future... Staff is really polite... Nice and authentic Maharashtrian food... Plus this place also offers to use only their bathrooms/toilet at very nominal rates so you don't need to rent a room to use only bathroom after having a dive in ocean...

Not a good place specially for family. Very unhygienic. The washrooms are unhygienic, the pool is a disaster. Dine in is very expensive and not worth, tasteless. Don't mistake asking the hotel guy to bring from out, you will end up paying double. Moreover the owner has a very arrogant attitude.

Nice place to hangout. Just besides Sitladevi temple and Kelve beach. Food was also good.

Economy rooms available, kitchen service available, rooms are closed in weekdays so bad odour comes from all rooms, nice swimming pool, children can enjoy, rain dance available, ac available, tv available

It is cheap for now and it's under construction but after renovation is completed they may hike the price, they send old pictures of the rooms that is well maintained but other rooms are not in proper condition the room were not clean after asking them they clean the rooms the swimming pool have timings typically from morning 7...to 9 and on eve till 7 they have various rules that imposed depending on the owner's mood we have to convince him for everything we need, they don't tell this all while on booking, also they don't inform ac or non-ac stuff on booking.
