A 4 star Resort with beautiful mountain views, pool area, hot jacuzzi, play area and restaurant with bar. Perfect family resort, staff are welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Food is little pricey though but taste’s good.

Lavender Superior Room was clean and well maintained. Overall service and quality of food was excellent. Staff was courteous and prompt.
Olive restaurant needs improvements like painting the walls and ceiling, and addressing possible seapage seen in some corners as it was a rainy season. The wing where we stayed had quite a few buildings in front and it was obstructing the view of the valley. There was menace of monkeys too and hence balcony was practically unusable. Staff alerted us about it, but Hotel should do something about it. More expensive rooms do not have these issues is what we could see. So, please select the rooms based on your priorities.

Awesome Place,Very nice resort, clean and well maintained property, especially the Jacuzzi swimming pool. Very nice. Very honest staff. I would like to tell you that I forgot my chudi. The staff collected it at the reseption and called us.Food rates are reasonable not too expensive n also very tasty and yummy.I suggest to book Orchid rooms 👍

Found them abit less accommodative for pregnant women as they asked the guest to pay extra for a room with less steps to climb.... But yes the rooms are good , service of the other staff is very respectful and good and property is maintained. In all good , but could have been excellent.
I will definitely revisit here.

These guys believe in giving a guest a stress-free experience. Their service is top notch. Food is good. One of our rooms had some issues so they promptly changed ot for us. Thanks! They have a spa which is good but i thought the prices were steep!

Amazing stay at Brightland. I booked Maple room but due to some reasons, Maple room was not available at the time of check-in and our room was upgraded to IVY Suite. The hotel staff is very polite. View from hotel is amazing, specially from IVY suite. Food is also amazing. Overall, our stay was great.

The check-in and check-out was a breeze. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice and tasty. Huge and beautiful property maintained well.

Our overall stay was very good at Brightlands Resort. Food and service is excellent. But we were not happy with the room where we stayed The room tariff was quite steep whereas the room and bathroom were very ordinary and gave a very old look . Even the furniture of the room was outdated. The room was not worth the price that we paid. The valet parking service also needs to be improved . In our two days stay , not even once was the valet person available .
