It was a Budget place. Not meant for people over 15. The rooms were small n got cramped with big crowd although bedsheets, toilets etc were clean. The food was also okay but since we are an enthusiastic lot n had carried a lot of stuff, we managed. The place is close to beach but the seashore is not clean n in mornings ppl use it for.... You must have guessed, so that fun quotient is not there. Moreover, the hostess wasn't very pleasant n hospitable but did her duty well. Her husband was charming though. It looked like a new set up, so maybe they will improve.

Wonderful location for a weekend, to get away from the hustle of the city. Hospitality is great. Food is aslo great. Loved the decoration at night with all the lighting's and the backyard way to beach is really great. The couple who handle everything of cottage are awesome. They were always polite to us for everything. Thank you soo much for making our weekend remarkable.

When you need the AC u wont have it. They had AC controls in other room at ground floor and in the heat during noon it was unbearable as they were only der for night time. Not happy :(((

I would really love to give 5 starts but 1 star i have reserved with a good intention which I will cover at end.
Best thing we found here was food. If you are food lover than you will love a home made food served here and believe me you don't need to go anywhere else.
This place has good view, good provision of music awesome food and perfect Garden to spend evening.
We have fixed this place for at least to visit twice in a year.
Beach is like 2 mins away walkable and you can feel it from your stay. Sweet music of Sea waves and cool breeze reach out to you in Veranda they have made outside rooms.
If you want to chill and spend good time with your loved ones and want to travel less to reach such place than this the one for you.
Only thing I felt was this place can be maintained and kept more clean and neat and that the reason I have reserved one star but that is my opinion. What this place offer is way to better and a must visit place.

Good place for Beach resort seekers. Neat and clean room with Quality homemade food with personalized dishes. I went with my 2.6 year daughter, food & milk on given time was available. We had Good time and was a pleasant stay. Bech is nearby and beach is also clean and better than other Mumbai beaches.

Awesome place to stay with family and friends. Extremely close to the beach with greenery all around. Play area for kids. A small resort with 4 rooms, well maintained, ample place for open air dining, play area for kids, and delicious homemade food along with hospitality is the key to visit this place. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly and we look forward to visiting this place again. All this at a pocket friendly price. Good going Team Badal Pani.

The food was good, they served great poha and tea. The room was spacious and they let us take the room even as late as one in the night. Its got a big garden attached to the cottage and it's great to chill for a day. Not more than that. There is a Forest near by that you can visit
