This place is a big problem. Aamby valley has many premium options and this would be the cheapest one But don't fall in trap...rooms are not cleaned and not maintained .
There is no housekeeping per se .Noone will reach you in case of medical emergency.
Seems like staff help only suites and once you checkin you are dependent.
Restaurants are very far away. Room service take hours. However food is awsome .
If you are finicky for cleanliness and what to enjoy don't go for normal rooms it's mess.

Awesome place , rooms need maintenance and little prompt service from management. Only thing is you need to travel for buffet breakfast to other location. Good location 📍, great rooms.

Super expensive and zero value. Third class service, rotting bathrooms, untidy and insect infested rooms and icing on cake is tasteless food which is charged at 7 star hotel rate. Please avoid Juvana and Amby valley hotels and better go for reputed hotels for better experience. Visited on 6 Jul.

I mean wth! 1.The only thing worth is staying for the view and that too was not provided to us, booked the room with lake view and they gave us a garden view room huh! Being charged the same and management told us all rooms were lake view and ended up in grass. 2. Paying 15k for a room with non working wifi and landline service. Went to reception to complaint and they argued first that no sir there’s no complaint as such from any room and after a while he agreed to check but ofc they didn’t for the next two days 3. Washroom floors were stained and room service person was hardly concerned about it.

Experienced worst service at Juavana Resort and Spa Amby Valley. No linens were available at the time of check-in. And they finally arranged linens after multiple calls and requests. Room service was pathetic. Whenever we ordered something, after we are done eating our food, they just took the place and placed them out of the room. Very unhygienic. Flies were flying on the plates. Next day, for our breakfast, they expected us to go 7kms from where we were staying and a guest car was blocking our way. Resort management had no idea whom that car belonged to. They kept of finding the car owner for more than 2 hrs. Clearly, security has also gone for a toss. Anyone can come, park their car and get away. Tomorrow if someone places a bomb in the resort, they won't know.
In short, we simply wasted our weekend and our hard-earned money at this place.
Please don't visit this place if you are planning to relax and unwind.

Excellent stay.The royal suite was opulent loved the view ,absolutely breathtaking.Reception is extremely courteous and helpful.Such a clean and well maintained resort .I loved it.I love aamby valley only because of this resort.Would definitely make many visits in the future.Beautiful lake view

I'll provide feedback about room no 115/209 where drawing room size is huge but bedroom is bit small. Room service is good but food quality is not great and price is comparable with hotel Taj just imagine 1 clear soup is ₹500. Only breakfast in complimentary which is very less as compared to room charge which is around ₹14k/day. Uphhh to costly OMG.

We had amazing stay at Juvana resort. It was a beautiful lake side suite. Fast service by housekeeping guys. Breakfast had a lot of varieties with very good taste for most of them. I would love to stay again at this property.
