Overpriced for what this property has to offer!

Pros:

1. Food is good
2. Friendly staff

Cons:
1. Rooms are very small and old. The mattresses are worn out.
2. The bathrooms need renovation. Everything is very old.
3. Activity room is small and only offers 3 games.
4. The resort is only about your room and restaurant. Nothing else to do here.
5. Shortage of staff results in slow service. At the Bar, the bartender himself was serving the guests at their tables.
6. Gazebos and sitouts are completely useless in rains

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly but service levels overall was not so great. We reached early around 7:30 and surprisingly there was no one at gate to let us in. It took us over 15 mins to get someone's attention and let us in. Reception staff (Dipender in specific) were courteous and got us a room early. Food was not wow exactly. But the room service staff went above their way to give us early dinner in room when we requested.

Very beautiful Sunny and breezy property. The premises is large and outdoor sitting is also very good. Staff is very courteous. Standard rooms are a bit small though and amenities is room are little less as compared to the tariff. But overall a wonderful property and must go to place. It’s definitely worth visiting again . It has a good proximity to the main bazaar and other famous sightseeing areas. At the same time it give the privacy and isolated feeling too. Very nice !

An excellent resort for a weekend family outing. Good amenities. Beautiful evenings. Good service. Good restaurant. More than ample parking. The approach road is broken. Short drive to old Mahabaleshwar.

Excellent ambience, beautiful property, very courteous staff, prompt service, hygeine and cleanliness is taken care so well, yummy food. Overall we had a wonderful and memorable stay.
Would like to mention our special thanks to all the house keeping staff, restuarant staff and front desk staff for being so cooperative and courteous.
Would highly recommend this property.

Nice Hotel with good Hospitality and Ambiance. Food quality was average but had many options in both breakfast and dinner. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained.

We booked hotel here for 1 night .
Pros- Property is best as far as outer look and lawns,and beautiful flower garden and many seat outs . Outer maintainance is very good . Toiletries given was good . Staff was very soft spoken and helping .
Cons- rooms are old ,specially bathrooms need immediate renovation . Our shower was not working properly ,it was pouring like tap water . Bed was of spring action type and soft ,my husband had severe bacheche , we both could not sleep well . Breakfast was not tasty. Just 6,7 items were there , but I didn't like much .
Overall I can come here again for the ambience ,but in new huts which are newly constructed.

It's a nice place to stay and very near to the main market of Mahabaleshwar... It's just 5 min away from the main market.. it's an old and nice property with a lot of open spaces.. they have a big garden to host destination wedding

The rooms are clean and the service is also very good.. I loved their restaurant.. staff is very friendly and always ask you about the feedback.. lots of options for breakfast.. you can include breakfast and dinner in your package.. separate kids area recreation area is also there.. proper parking is available..
