Location is good. Service is really good. Food is above average. Rooms are big and clean, however was a bit disappointed when we saw our room. It was dampened and cold. It is the rainy season but we would expect the room to be fresh. Furniture and furnishings looked shabby and definitely call for a change. The overall damp feeling in the room made us uncomfortable and hence forced to give a 3 rating (3.5 to be precise).

If you are planning a picnic then it's a good place to go. They have a lot of indoor games and a good pool. Not recommended for couples looking for a romantic gateway. The location is right off the highway so accessibility wise it's good though the approach road to the resort is bad. No view from rooms as such since it's surrounded by similar properties. We had trouble sleeping at night because of loud music playing till 3 am. When we called the reception they informed that the music was from a private property Nextdoor and there isn't much they can do for it.

My exp. with the stay was very bad. I had planned to stay for 2 days but I am checking out after 1 day. Hot water supply is not continuous in tap. it comes for 3-5 mins and than cold water starts and than again hot water. Walls are not properly painted. Furniture is old without polish at the edges. Staff is ok and some won't even accept the problem. Food does not have big spread but basic lunch items which we have at home plus 1-2 more items. m Mine was a valley view room but when I see the valley, almost half of the sight is covered with villas in front of window and than you can see upper part of valley. Overall it's not like a resort but like a flat system bldg. You don't get a feel of resort nor hotel. Total waste of money. plz don't go but stay at home. Lights are placed only at few places in the premises so it's very dark at night except for bldg having reception.

We had stayed in this resort in Nov’22 . We had a very pleasant experience. We travelled as a group of 50 and Enjoyed a lot. The pent house is awesome….!!! Food is decent…!!!! They serve jain food too…!!! Pool is good….!!!! Rooms are also huge…!!! There are few big lawn and it’s suitable to play a nice game of cricket…!!! Overall i guess its value for money not too expensive with all you expect would be available at resort..

I visited during rainy season. We booked the suite room which is bigger/ Room were not upto the mark hygiene was low. We found lizard 🦎 inside hotel rooms.
Buffet was good / number of variety quality of food was also good.
But need to improve in hotel rooms and hygiene.

My wife & I checked in on 28 afternoon & checked out 29 Dec 2022. This hotel has very spacious rooms. Actually, they are 1BR appartments where 4 people, even 6 (read couple of kids) can stay comfortably. The appartment blocks are slightly run down & not in a good state of repair. The rooms can do with a lick of paint & the windows are slightly grimy & beds are pretty low. However, it is good value for money as you get a fairly spacious 2 room appartment suite for 4500 bucks (with complimentary breakfast) during peak season. Where the resort really scores is the restaurant, with tasty and reasonable priced food and decent service (It makes no sense to a person like me if the resort is posh & well appointed, but the food is expensive & tasteless!). We had a-la-carte dinner on 28 night (soup & sandwiches) which was pretty decent and service was good. Complementary breakfast on 29 morning was more than adequate, tasty and filling. The staff is friendly & helpful & don't stand around expecting you to tip them.(but I did). Overally, fairly decent experience!

The property was beautiful. We stayed in a We had booked a Premium suite which had a large fully furnished living room and a large bedroom with king size bed with very clean sheets, blankets and other accessories. Their entire support and service team from reception, restaurant, room service and housekeeping were always ready to help and very polite and neat. The food deserves a great applause. Especially the breakfast spread was the best I had seen in many years of my travel experience. You had fresh juices, fruits and salads, corn flakes, bakery products, cakes, pastries, misal pav, veg bonda, idli, chicken sausages, a live dosa and an egg counter for variety of dosa and egg items, tea and coffee. For activities there was swimming pool, billiards table, table tenis, carrom, some electronic games, a ground to play cricket etc and the works. We were a family of 4, enjoyed our overnight stay (Dec 24 and 25) to the fullest and would recommend friends and relatives to visit this beautiful place in Igatpuri. Thanks team for the great service 🙏

Excellent Rooms...Great Staff and Awesome Food, then also only 3 rating as they have not staffed restaurant adequately and that makes your Restaurant experience Pathetic and moreover in Live Music Perfomance during Dinner, they use cheap quality speakers at HIGHEST Volume which only pierces your ears... Nice scope of improvement....
