Stayed here for two days. The owners and the staff were really cool and friendly. The room was a little small but large enough for a couple of people. The toilet was clean. The food was really good, especially the Surmayi thali. Got the scuba diving bookings done here. Highly recommended.

It was a simple place and near to the malavan beach. The owner was very helpful. A.C and fans both were working properly. They have a scooter so you can go out for a ride. WiFi connectivity was a little bit slow. A group of people can go there for a party also. It was a very peaceful place and I am satisfied with all the services. I was a safe place also.

It was a nice stay here with family. Ambience was quite good. Rooms were well managed as far as home stay is considered. Since they serve home cooked food so order needs to given a little early. Rest assured you will love the food taste. Car parking space is there.

Not good at all worst hotel ever rooms are not good they even started fighting with us just because we asked for extra towels not good at all waste of money and the pool was dirt as well and the owner itself is very rude would not prefer going there

Pathetic service, quarrelsome staff, open drainage, many insects and moskitoes in the entire premises, its not a safe place for kids to stay, beds not of any quality, dirty Lenin, no proper wifi, old model TV in room without any cable or dish connection, they will not entertain if you don't buy food and extra items from them, we had 3 kids and had taken prior permission for cooking food for kids on our own portable gas, still they did not allow and made us make baby food also outside the rooms. No privacy, all rooms have windows in passages anyone can see inside, no paved pathways you will have to carry bags in hand. Bathrooms not good, no shower, soap stand, hot water for very short time and only in morning. Owner very short tempered and abusive. My advise would be to book elsewhere but not here, many options are available, ease avoid this place and read all negative comments and then decide.

Please don't book this homstay facility, the rooms are not good but the people are worse, don't have the decency to talk properly to the customer, no proper service of daily cleaning, hot water timings very limited, no room service, bathroom very dirty, beds made in cement concrete, mattress in plastic foam, illegal construction, doesn't give bill and recept when asked. They bring, gather people for arguing with customers.

Very poor, better to book government guest house , no room service, owner have no manners to talk with constomer , no room service , tiles no no finishing , colour of room unfresh, open drainage, no gril to windows , bed have no safety to child made by cement concrete, wholo structure, bed is very dirty and smelling, bedsheet is not change since the construction, toilet is very dirty, no shower and mixer, hot water is very limited, windows have no mosquito net, they offer referral commission to riskshaw agent , charge of room is very high compared to room facilities, no privacy in room.......so on I think I will rate negative 💯
