Club Mahindra Hatgad

Have been staying in this property every year since past 4 years- it’s a really nice, well maintained resort. It’s a real go to place in monsoons with beautiful weather amidst the clouds. The restaurant is also good with delicious food. The room quality is outstanding with one BR being the best of the lot - with huge hall and a nice bedroom. You can easily have a family gathering in one BR room. It’s a great place to spend time with family and friends.

The resort is nice. Room can be much better maintained than it was. Even the cleanliness was not up to the mark. The drinking water provided in the room is bore-well water, so better to go for Bisleri. Overall it was good stay.

Small but very nice and maintained resort. Stayed in 2 BR and the room was quiet big and comfortable. Resort is 5 kms away from Saputara.
All meals were very good mostly had buffet and the staff were very helpful and courteous.
Will surely visit again.

Nice well maintained resort. This was the 3rd time we stayed in the resort. Its really neat and clean with very cool ambience. The staff is also good and they are ready to help when needed. The ambience of restaurant is also perfect with best seating but only thing is very little menu for buffet with lot of charges. The food doesn’t tastes that good. The game zone is big and have pool table, table tennis, fish spa etc but only con is in the afternoons they do not switch on the AC or fan even which is terrible. Overall good place to stay.

Club Mahindra Hatgad resort is really beautiful. They have indoor and outdoor activities. We opted for the buffet package; it was bit costly but very tasty (worth the money spent). Staff is very hospitable. Must visit for Club Mahindra members!!

Its peaceful, short Trek nearby.
If you are interested in road trips, just 6 hrs drive from Navi Mumbai.
You can go Paragliding in Saputara which is nearby.

Small property size as compared to other Club Mahindra properties.
Parking spaces crunch is there.

As compared to other CM resorts - this resort is not comparable. Too small area, no parking space or place to recreate, lawn is also extremely small. Rooms have no view. As a CM resort the experience was not great about the food and the attitude of staff. I think CM is no longer member centric - it is more profit centric.
There is one more point - as a member of CM it is extremely difficult to get bookings in CM resort even 4 months in advance. However if you go thru' agents - it is much more easier and can be planned much nearer to your holiday.

The resort is ok and not at all upto the standards of other Club Mahindra properties. The resort is under staffed .Parking is inconvenient. Whole parking lot is on a slope, so the cars eventually get parked in an angle,with very minimum space for parking.Extremely poor reception, at Hatgad Resort.Don’t clean the rooms every day but alternate day.NO Wifi at all.Food is over priced. No Jain food available. Veg & Non Veg kitchen is same. Swimming pools is very small.It was just a basic hotel, Its not a resort.Not recommended.
