I visited with my family of
4 members and our experience
was really bad. The property is
not maintained at all. No one to
attend inside and we were
clueless where to go and what
to do. The cactus garden was in
such a bad shape. Not at all
worth for money. If the property
is under maintenance then you
should close it for some time so
that visitors dont get such a
bad experience. If they value
your customer experience then they should
refund me the booking amount but they denied doing so and ignored my feedback.

Booked two different tents. Non existent room service. Tents were confused about whether they wanted to be tents or rooms, ended up being mediocre. Not the best place to stay in monsoon. Flooded pathways. No campfire because rain. Dinner arrangements were okay but slow. Abhorrent breakfast including stale bread and sugar syrup for tea.
As for the pros, scenic and pretty resort. Water park and artificial waterfall were good. Very close to sydney point.

The rooms are absolutely dirty, smelly, unclean and overpriced. The management is absolutely not good. We went on a recommendation by their manager, he told us that the room cost is 9500 and gave us discount of Rs. 4000 and charged us Rs. 5500 for the most haunted room. The jacuzzi is nothing but a ugly brown tub with grim around. Bed sheets were literally unwashed. Pillows were smelly. They had swings in bathroom for some horrifying reason, rusted and making haunted nouses.We asked for replacement, we were shown a smaller room. Smaller room was even more horrible. We immediately left the room. We were assured a refund and have now been denied any refund. This resort is fraud. We are filing consumer case in Pune court. Stay safe. Dont lose your money. They are fraud

Lovely property but managed poorly. Very slow service. Professionalism is missing. Very small bed. Breakfast was served at under construction room. Food quality is not that good.
If possible try to avoid.

The property is immaculate, we stayed in tents, the very concept was fabulous. The property has a full fledged multi cuisine restaurant managed by one Mr. Dilip. The property also has a full time attendant named Sultan who makes one feel so welcomed. The owners are also available on site for all assistance. The property is the most closest to nature, lush green all around. Certain aspects worth consideration is the property has a distant parking space where one has to unload the luggage and walk up to the reception. The beds in the tents are extremely small and may alarm one on first sight. The owners must rework on it.

Best place for nature friendly people. The rooms are spacious. Although you will get weak network in rooms and there's no wifi because of the Nature around but that wouldn't count for 1 or 2 days if you are on vacation.

It's good nature friendly place. I liked the vibe. It is surrounded by lot of trees and beautiful flowers. Because of nature you won't get strong signals in room. There is no wifi as well. But I like the overall experience.

I went there with few immediate family members 5 adults and 1 kid (6 yrs). Booked 2 tents and stayed 3 persons in each tent. We booked these tents while on the way to Mahabaleshwar over phone on Friday.

1. I was charged 2500 per tent + 1000 for the additional bed. I ended up paying 3500 each tent which I felt is slightly overpriced.

2. Food in the in-house restuarant was really tasty and spicy and I just loved that. Chicken Malvani was amazing. But again they overpriced.

3. Location wise, it is nicely located between Panchghani and Mahabaleshwar.

4. Ambience is awesome and you would love the calmness.

5. Good place to visit with family and friends.
