Very disappointing experience - WiFi doesn’t work in rooms ( no clear info on booking) - Geyser wasn’t working for hot water properly - TV didn’t had recharge and didn’t assist in time - Non flexible booking options
Some positives - - Restaurant is okay with quality but limited options. - Play area for kids - play station for small kids - location is good and close to pathar

Initially we booked for 5 double bed deluxe rooms. We faced one or more problems in 4 rooms. The owner, immediately changed to a bungalow & individual cottages respectively.
Food was delicious.

THERE IS NO JUNGLE SAFARI IN KAS PATHAR. IT JUST A PARISAR DARHSAN, KIND OF BUFER ROUND WHERE YOU WILL FIND MILK VAN, JUGGYS AND BUSES ON YOUR WAY. THEY WILL SHOW YOU TAMPLE, WATER FALL ETC WHICH YOU CAN DO IT VIA PARISAR DARSHAN BUSES RS 500 PER HEAD, WHY TO SPENT RS 4000 FOR JUNGAL SAFARI JEEP! MANY TOURIST HAVE BEEN CHEATED IN THE NAME OF JUNGLE SAFARI. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO ELIMINATE WORD JUNGLE SAFARI AND MAKE IT BUFFER ROUND. JUNGLE SAFARI IS SOMETHING A SPECIAL RAW ROUTE CREATED POST MONSOON WHICH IS SLIGHTLY TAKING TOURIST TOWARDS DEEP FOREST. MORE FEELING OF ACTUAL HABITATE OF WILD ANIMALS LIFE. I DID ASK FOR JUNGLE SAFARI BEFORE MAKING PAYMENTS, WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY.

We stopped here for food but extremely disappointed by their service. They refused to give us chapati even they were serving to others. Also we waited 30 min so that anyone could come and take the order and then also they refused to serve chapatis. Have not seen the rooms but property is very old and unmaintained. Definitely not the place where you want to eat and stay.

It's a nice place, secluded and serene. Food is good, the rooms are clean, and it's undergoing an expansion. We were almost 40 people with 5 of them families with kids and evryone enjoyed the place. Kaas Lake is about 3-4 km down the road. In case u end up going in a non flower season, there are activities for children which can be availed at nominal pricing. Overall a great experience.

Good food, wide range of options to choose from. We had stopped for breakfast, tried Misal, Omlet, bhaji, Paratha. Taste is good, rates are on a bit higher side but considering that it is far from the city, it is VFM. They have small gamezone at the entrance. Good place to stop for photos
