Treehouse Neptune Inn, Panaji, Goa

The hospitality was bad.There is no Triple sharing in double room(extra mattress will not be provided).I stayed there for 3 days but the service was not good.THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND GOOD. BUT it is not like other 3 star hotels.

At around 3K per night this is NOT the hotel for tourists to stay. This hotel is overpriced with basic Oyo type rooms and should not be worth more than 1000. The reason for its overprice is the main market is right in front hence this hotel is booked often by traders. As a tourist hotel with no breakfast and building walls broken at many points and away from beach or Fontainhas this is not for you. You can get much better hotels in central panjim at this price. I booked this by mistake and in a hurry as in Goa with poor network and connectivity (purposely done by leaders for middlemen to flourish when villages in far flung India have excellent network) I was struggling to book.
The receptionist Ashwini was good and helpful and possibly the only positive.

Receptionist is the one who welcomes and helps visitors...but the lady appointed there was very rude and unwelcoming... We informed the hotel staff for extra mattresses before reaching there but there were no arrangements.... Initially they treated us as aliens invading there property and on top of that they increased their charges after a small argument just to proof their authority.. I had a pathetic experience there.. i advise everyone not to ruin your money in this so called 3 star hotel instead look for other place.

Average hotel, room is not same as shown online. Restaurant is not functional so you can't get even a Tea in room. There is no balcony in any room.

Note- All online sites shows different type of room (standard, Delux) etc they all are same

So i recently visited Goa for my business trips and expo. First thing hotel staff very much supportive, i met Mr. Gorav there he was the incharge there to he was really helpful. If you have to book in Panjim. Just tell you go for it. If you are traveling single best for you. They will help you rent car. Or bike scooty.

good location, rooms are very average, photo does not match with the actual condition of the hotel. Very nosiy as it beside main road

One of the good things I liked about this property is that it was close to thw casinos and easily spotted
A budget as well as value for money stay near casinos,only thing is that when we went there there was planning issue.

Rooms were suitable for a short stay !!

very neat and clean room with all the basic amenities and facilities on a decent tariff. hotel is very well located, nice veg and non veg restaurants available nearby
