Double V Arambol

Location is awesome, kitchen is okay okay. Two options r available, 1 with single bathroom and another with twin bathroom. Balcony with every room available. Owner is very polite and professional.

Must visit and super recommended. You won't find better than this place in this budget. Car parking space is available also. 200 meters beach is there.

They don't even understand the meaning of service.
Rooms are not at all nice. They didn't even have hand wash, and they don't provide water it'll be chargeable if you ask them.
They don't provide basic cutlery as well.
Poor range of WiFi, no network at all.
And yes, everyday there were water issues and I had to call them so many times to switch on the motor.
However the property is beautiful and full of greenery. I would suggest not to come to this place as they don't respect their guests.

The first room I booked was a bait and switch.

ACs barely ever work so I'd recommend a non AC room if you do stay here. Sitting in the upstairs top floor studio room with an AC that would not start and keep failing due to low voltage with an ambient temperature of 30 degrees at 2 AM on most nights ruined my holiday the second week I was there. The ground floor room I was given looked nothing like the room I booked in the pictures with many of the things mentioned in the listing missing. The mirror lying in the sink for example and the horrible smell from the drains at night made this room very underwhelming. They need to have a backup generator for the money they charge for these rooms. I could have had a more comfortable stay for half the price elsewhere.

They take the full payment in advance via bank transfer so you've just got deal with the misery once they've got your money.

A very good boutique hotel just a 2 minute walk to the hippy Heaven Arambol beach. Room was very clean and vibes are good. Maintained by 🇷🇺 person. Alex managing the property made things easy for us. Overall a good and quiet laid back holiday.

We went here for celebrating New year's, with our 4 year old labrador. The place is very spacious for dogs and walking distance from the beach. This area of Goa and beaches are not too crowded. Had to keep my dog on leash on the beach since there were a lot of street dogs around.

Spacious, clean cottage, very friendly service.

I booked the hotel for my honeymoon and had requested some decorations. No decorations were there. They spoiled my honeymoon.

It was a really bad experience for me, but I would like to list down the pros and cons of booking this place, apart from money.

Pros:
1. The place is really close to Arambol Beach, just a few hundred meters.
2. It offers nice balconies where you can sit and relax
3. They have private parking.
4. The front garden is good.

Cons:
1. There is no service available. Even they dont give a phone for room service.
2. Water is an issue. I had complained several times to fix the hot water and water pressure in the bathroom. Nothing was done. They just don't care.
4. Only 1 water bottle of drinking water is provided.
5. There is no refund policy. Once booked, you have to pay the full amount once you check in. There is no flexibility.
6. The road to get to the resort is very narrow. There are trees growing, and one must be very careful while driving a four-wheeler.
7. The rooms are not cleaned regularly. One has to request several times before the sheets, and everything gets changed.
8. The front desk is only available until 6 pm. After that, you are on your own.

Place in comparison to hell except you pay a very high rate for very low quality hospitality, service and dirty rooms ... seriously crazy management. Seems to be living in some other world ...may be in their own country in their head !

This place is reaaaally bad. Horrible staff and they keep lying that they will accommodate basic things that they havent initially. Not worth yout hussle. Rooms are dirty and dont look like pictures, internet is really bad, very loud location, fridge doesnt work. KEEP AWAY
