Tough climb up. Great views of Raichur town and surroundings, RTPS in the distance. Good for exercise but not recommended for elderly people, small kids. It is more of an outpost than a fort.

Sunrise and sunset lovers will enjoy with small treks. Nature is always its at best. KSTDC should maintain a such a historical places.

Located on a small hilltop,nothing much left now except partially damaged mosque with ruins of security tower bases here and there.The rampart walls have fallen down and the bird view of the huge lake below is spectacular from here.

Nice place to go in the early morning. A bit difficult to find, not well signposted. The path is quite difficult and not at all maintained. We had to fight our way through kinds of plants and thorny bushes. There are old stone steps in places and some of them are quite high, so if you have weak legs, knees, etc, you will need some assistance to make the top. It is doable though if you take your time. Fortunately it is not a long trek so, just take it easy, you'll enjoy the view.
Nature is always its at best. KSTDC should maintain a such a historical places.
