Vinay Kumar Mutt Venkatachala (Vinay)

Built by the Cholas this temple is a traditional old temple. Sri Ramaprameya Swamy is the residing deity. But the temple is also famous for Ambegalu Navaneeta Krishna (crawling Krishna with butter in hand) & is believed to be the only deity of Lord Sri Krishna in this pose. Clean restrooms just outside temple.

Love coming here. Just beside the Mysore road highway. Lots of birds inside the temple and a great feeling to visit it always.
