Worst service in kotagiri...don't trust these guys they update status without contacting you and delay the delivery... Not at all transparent and they are not reliable.

Very very poor service.. I had ordered a dress and we didn't receive a call from the agent..We went to the office to collect.. Office closed during working hrs.. 4pm.. I didn't get my parcel for the occasion.. Manager won't answer calls it seems..

They always make excuses to deliver the courier. When I checked the status it says due to incomplete address the courier was not delivered, but when I called and asked they say we tried calling and nobody responded. Not expecting such a cheap behaviour from Blue Dart.

1 star is not worth for them service.They won't call to our number,simply update the status without delivery the product so be careful for online payment even blue dart customer care also not properly responding so always prefer cod Otherwise these guys will Steal your products and update the status delivered.

Worst service. The delivery person made my husband come to road to pick up the parcel, with two toddlers , my husband went to pick up. The person did not send delivery payment link also. When my husband tried to pay through gpay, the first time it failed due to network connection, the person grabbed the parcel and challenged us to come and collect in the hub. When we approached the hub, he closed the shop and tried to escape. It took one week to get our parcel. Worst Worst behavior.
