ST Courier - Tiruvannamalai

Worst service ,they give parcels return without informing the current person..,they r not even making call to the costomers,the parcels are damaged
Without having proper service to the place ,taking couriers and return the courier ,they are just planning to take money and money minded..
Not even having tarrif status properly and they don't have tarrif board service

Worst service and worst behavior. Courier is supposed to do home delivery but they ask us to come and collect from their office. By seeing the pincode they should be knowing whether they can do home delivery or not but just to make money they take the courier and ask us to come & collect from their office. Don't go to ST courier Thiruvannamalai is worst not sure of other branches

Very very worst Service @ tiruvannamalai Delivery boy don't have manners How to behave with delivery location person. Many times they don't delivery to location otherwise they call and told come and collect courier office like way behaving

I have sent a courier to Madurai but it was returned back twice. I clearly mentioned the From address and To address but the delivery man called me(From address person) that where would I collect the courier. After it was returned back they didn't return my cash. So Rs.150 waste of money and time.

WORST --- Very worst courier branch. Not even a single time, they have delivered it to my house. My home is in the heart of the Town. They are doing some other business in the same address. Not concentrating in this. WORST. WORST .WORST.

Worst courier service I have ever seen in my life.
If you want to waste your time energy and money visit this branch.
Highly disqualified , irresponsible people run this branch and highly pathetic response they provide.
They have no clue what the head office is upto.
Simply they book courier and say head office not delivering.
They have no connect or info from head office,simply they run on their own for money and give very improper response to customer.employees respond to us as if they r doing some help to us free of cost.

This is not even worth a single star. What are they thinking. These people actually lie. I don't know what to say. Just think, I am taking a bit of extra time to write a review. From this itself you can understand how horrible the experience is. They want us to come and take the courier. Absolutely bad.
