Very bad service they never give any information they wont pickup the call i delivered it on 20march now ots 10 april still i didnt get my parcel zero stars

If you are sending anything that’s important and time specific donot use this Dtdc courier service in Tiruppur which is near karuvampalayam. This is my first and worst experience sending a courier, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to rely upon too. The guy who manages is incapable of handling the service and incompetent about how to solve customer queries. He runs the service on his desired timings, short tempered and wouldn’t be available most times when in need for any sort of check or inquiry. If you want to save days of “where the parcel has been missed” then don’t use this service, waste of time and effort. There are better paid services in a km or two.

No response not picking call.cant locate my parcel were it is.

Poor service ...please teach some code of ethics to your staffs how to behave with customers...you are not providing free service ...keep that in your mind first and you are getting paid ...rude persons ..very worst courier service in tirupur. I don't even want to give a half star for this people unfortunately we can't give review without giving a star ....
