Not responding to phone calls, that too in an emergency situation. Landline phone number not given. Certain staff behaving rude (not all)

People were busy, around their daily chores! Were quite helpful though!! I promise if you ever visit it in person you will agree with me, that the place is total Mess!!

Very bad about theni amazon transportation service centre. I had a bad experience with this centre in my past 15 yrs experience with amazon. there was a small product delivery in pcpatty. After seeing sms,i called the delivery person named satya, in the morning. Got a reply saying, will deliver in 15 mins. But 3 hrs got over. Later i called the same person 3 times. Got the same reply. In the evening, when I called him, got a reply saying, he had returned back the product due to unavailability. I went to the theni office and enquired about it. Finally they said, the delivery person blindly returned back the product. Not able to do anything now. I shouted and planned to complain. Later they requested to pay by cash and get the product. My money will get refunded. Very bad service. Service /delivery people are youngsters, they are not suitable

theni branch didn't deliver my parcel but but Amazon shows delivered last 1 week.

I had good experience every time. Many products have been received.
