BLUE DART

Worst service. People pickup the call and say " hellos blue dart " and cut the telephone. I suggest DHL and Blue dart can close the service here. Local courier is much better than these international courier company. DHL should appoint some good customer service in madurai.

Very worst service . If u ask details about your parcel they will say this is booking office pls call to customer care or pls call to bypass branch. they wont share bypass branch number and toll free number also. they responding like we are working for them

Worst service....have to give in negative star rating..but no option that's y 1 star rating.. this by-pass branch not at all delivery on time... If u r not able to do ur job just close it at least some job seeking person will do it properly.... Worst service
