It would be 5 stars if it would deliver to every pin code of India and it is very costly for a parcel of 50 gram from dhule to patna it takes 100rs

Very gud at customer service. proper communication of staff and very fast service at effecient rates. Pickup service is best.

Not picking up calls when we want to ask for update on courier
Very very bad service.
Gives false updates.
They have no idea when will the courier reach destination.
Lies about the delivery time.
Asks to pick up the parcel at office even when address is written and they are supposed to deliver at address
These people don't know what they are doing

Worst services ever, no one calls for delivery and no followup processing for Complaints after multiple days wait for package, Need to pick by self... All employees are waste and hopeless.. This is my personal experience 3rd time I'm faced

At least hire a representative who has some knowledge of courier services. Your representative doesn't even know what the process is, its hilarious to even talk to your team!!
