Worst express company, My package is held for custom clearance for more than a week, i have already provided them proper documentation still , my Shipment is stuck. everytime i call them , they have same answers , it would take 24-48 hours, i need to explain them i have been hearing this since last 7 days but there 24-48 hour are not completed yet . Worst experience . I Highly don't recommend you TNT rather prefer DHL or Fedex

It's okayish. No contact details provided and they won't respond to your emails. Parcel was not damaged except little scratch here and there.
