Amazon Transportation Services

They don't provide door step delivery in every area of Ratnagiri and give reasons or excuses as the provided address is incorrect even other courier services in Ratnagiri provide door step delivery at that same address. ATS Ratnagiri service is very worst and they don't even contact the customers regarding products delivery and directly process for return of the product to seller. This is very irresponsible attitude. Hope that Amazon will take care of it.

My order is return without asked me.. You dont make a call me to say your order is arrived so how we understand the delivery issue

I very much unsatisfied with Amazon customer approach, they are providing worst service, my order go return without ask me on call and not also massage me . No any product arriving intimation on massage and not to mail me. And not getting courier details from Amazon. I think Amazon didn't understand customer value in their business..

Seriously I am not going to give this irresponsible courier service even a single star rating. My rating for this Amazon parents company is in minus . I ordered same product twice and both time parcel reached to ratnagiri one day earlier and very next day of delivery ATS cancel the order by saying your address is not in our area and they sent back the parcel. They didn't even call me both the time. Worst parent organization of Amazon. I Filed complaint against them, hope so Amazon will take serious action against this division.

Hi... I am very disappointed with the Amazon delivery service in Ratnagiri.. I had ordered 4 items and out of which 3 were cancelled on its own and I wasn't even informed about it till I called Amazon customer care and one item was showing out for delivery for 3 days but the delivery person very rudely said we won't do home delivery and u will have to come and collect it or cancel it...i called the customer service again and again to resolve the problem... I was told ur 3 products are sent back to seller and we don't know the exact reason and 1 item will be delivered soon.. But again and again the delivery person called and said u come and pick it up as we will not deliver it to u...
Had the worst experience with Amazon.. Pls think before u order and check if they will do home delivery...

if you are in remote area where they do not deliver.Then they do not take effort to inform you that your package is arrived you can pickup from the office.They just directly send back to the seller.....at least they should make a phone call to the customers , we can pick up the package from their office.
