I sent courier by Maruti couriers 4-5days ago, from Pune to Nagpur. It should have delivered on 3rd day at the most. But took more time.
More disappointing thing is, I came to know from recipient is Nagpur courier office guy asked them (recipient) to come to office and collect the courier. We pay for courier's home delivery... Expected better from Maruti courier services!
