Dtdc Courier Latur

My parcel awb no. D75888453 reached latur hub on 31 oct. And status showed FDM prepared. The parcel is still not reached ambajogai. They haven't contacted me single time. Why do u people provide courier service when u cant deliver parcel.?

Tracking was too bad. Peraon has to take followup by themselves. Delayed the courier too much even after reaching at the hub. Too bad experience, lost customer because of them.

Very poor quality of service. People are worst here and don't have any sense to provide information about our parcel. Better chose other courier services who does care about parcel.

Had booked an express delivery parcel. It was for a bride so it was important to deliver on time for her wedding. But the parcel is just sitting in latur office since 2 days and we missed the deadline. The wedding got over and the parcel is still in here! No sense of responsibility. Dont trust DTDC ever for urgent shipments!

And tracking information and tracking number is track your parcel your package is supplying very bad condition at the last moment.

If they don't know the address, they don't even bother to find it. Commonly send your parcel returns. Even they didn't call you.

Service was good though they delayed delivery by a day but delivery was made without any hurdles.

Very worsted service .... Correct no on courier but still DTDC courier deny duty... And when I was following them they said worng no on courier that's why we are anable to deliver.... I want to complaint against DTDC......
