In my experience I had a great time at that tata showroom I don't have tata cars , i just went to the showroom and take some test drives,

Nothing is going to happen. They will continue their irresponsible behaviour. They even tell their name when they call a customer. I am an EV Owner. Superb vehicle. But without the authorised dealer's technical support team, we can't survive. They are far far away from these stories. 👍

I recently took my car for the 8th service and was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff Mr Martin was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed about the progress of the work being done on my car.

The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, and the work was completed in a timely manner and I will definitely be returning for any future car maintenance needs.

I had an issue (noisy run)with my EV which in no time they found the fault and rectified it very soon . Appreciate their service as well their skill.

I had a good experience of giving my tata altroz for its 4th service. The executive Mr. Martin was really good in explaining the details and helped to rectify the issues very quickly. Thanks ..

Tata service is really improving day by day...came to check an engine oil warning signal for my safari..I had to travel all the way to trivandrum, and service was quick and they rectified the issue within few minutes...A lounge place for waiting would have been ideal.

Went there today to fix a minor issue. I was expecting to receive my car only in the evening but instead the sales advisor Mr. Martin advised us to wait and he got the issue fixed in less than an hours time. Special thanks to Martin for his prompt and very professional response. Appreciate. Wishing him a very successful journey in Tata. People like Martin make the workplace very special and recommendable.

Even if you have extended warranty, they loot for a simple minor works!😞 that is my experience with Hyson Motors! I am very much disappointed with their repeated services, since I bought Altroz Car from them.
