Wonderful service, sales personals are very friendly. Hospitality is just awesome. Especially, dakshina kannada people please visit them, you will get the car on time. Big thanks to Ganesh sir.

Good service center for tata vehicles. You can get new four wheeler from tata & used true value vehicles here. Now day's the service quality a little bit low.
Seeing some negligence

Gud service and gud behaviour of all staff, especially Mr,Vijith excellent service

Staffs are good but I strongly feel they are under trained.
I recently contacted them for a fix which was caused due to a minor accident. After multiple attempts, receptionist redirected me to body shop. By contacting them and sharing the images of the damaged part, they requested me to visit service center which is 45mins drive from my home.
Once I visited they told the part which I have sent in WhatsApp is not available currently and will take 8-10 days to reach. They could have conveyed the same through phone instead of asking me to come to service center.
Such behaviour from staff is mainly due to lack of training they have given.

Very bad experience. KVR TATAMOTORS needs to improve their service quality and service center must have efficient,talented and experienced staff.Even government staff will not behave like that (not all staff, some staff behavior is very bad especially service receptionist.

Tata showroom at Kasragod, you may own a new car, spare parts and keep your TATA for services here.
