Maruti Suzuki Arena (AVG Motors, Thiruvalla, Perumthuruthy)

This is regarding the bad experience which I faced in am keeping this review.On Dec 2017 I have purchased my swift desire KL33K184 from perumthurthy branch,the insurance and all the things are done from the same branch itself moreover we do the yearly service from the same branch.For this year annual service they have contacted us before 12 months itself.We were busy for getting the car into the centre but they have arranged a person on onhome service.The person who came and collect the car was very genuine and polite moreover we didn't even get any response from the respective person about the car where it has reached or not from the outlet We have contacted them none of them have responded and the respective person who have taken the car have responded and gave us a proper reply next day evening we got the reply.Next day evening we got the car back after service.Next respective day when we have used the car I felt that there is a shivering for the vehicle however there was none of this problem while giving the car to the service.This service has happened on 24/8/22.On the next day I have informed perumthurthy branch regarding that they informed that they will inform the service manager and they will send the person to solve the issue.I didn't get any response from them after this.Again I have contacted they said they will send immediately but still the condition was same with no response.In between I got a call from the main service centre to know the feedback ie the computerised feedback,I didn't respond anything.After 2 days a lady from main office contacted me for the feedback,I informed them that my feedback is not a satisfactory one they promised that they will forward this complaint and take the action immediately.Still there was no response for 4 days .On the 5 day I have contacted the Kottayam main office regarding this.They informed they will take the action today itself.On same day 17/09/22 they called immediately from perumthurthy and they informed they will reach by that day itself.But again the same situation noone came we waited for these long time till this date 09/10/22 noone came or enquired about this to us.They have forgot the entire matter But one thing to add on it was such a bad experience and we didn't expect this from AVG.

Yesterday i just got a call from avg motors and his name was mr. Amal and he is informed me that there is a breaking issue in all the vehicle that delivered at the same time of my vehicle.. He informed to report here in tiruvalla avg at 9:30am and told me will clear the issue in 30min now its 12 :00 pm and still am here in the serivice centre .. Atleast they need to inform me the time period .. they took 1 hour to take my vehicle to the service Overall its really a bad experience..

Very sorry I had a VERY BAD experience..your representatives call with many attractive offers and with pleasing words.Once agreed for servicing and they take the car to the sevice center, other person call and give a long list for repair. As we think it is urgent we agree..then they disappear with no one responsible after that...I had told them about my AC sound and about seat belt..both was not done... Since may years I used to bring my car for servicing over there...but now I regret..as now I think the workers are not experienced and service department people don't know to deal the exact problem.... I want to let the higher authorities know the fact...about this matter. Thank you

Very sorry to inform about the extremely sub-standard service without any professionalism so far (Observed in recent service as well)

Not having adequate knowledge on area of work..!! Even not issuing proper backup for service...Inappropriate billing system, without mentioning/providing checklist for performed service scope of work...!!!! Requested for Maintenance Checks details since not clear in the bill, which they are unwilling to disclose or provide, thereby generating queries/doubts/ambiguity in the service.

Customer care executive is calling and pleasing with service offers. On the contrary, poor and unprofessional work is always seen.

Consequently, refrained to recommend anyone to perform service there, as to be very unfortunate, even my 5th service also went disappointing and unsatisfied.

Humbly requesting all customers to clearly enquire and understand about the scope of works which they promise to perform and mandatorily ensure to physically verify the same accordingly (Especially for any replacements or new adders), if possible.

Also ensure to verify that service scope of works with necessary backups are provided against the bill since for an example, they are unwilling to provide maintenance check details to customer increasing ambiguity..!!

We are so happy to receive the car, so soon and on time. And also we are really impressed the way how all staffs are dealing with us so friendly and make us really comfortable to speak.

Sincere advice never go to AVG .Worst people to business. Unprofessional staffing . Never trust what they say. Had very bad experience with this company.

A decent place to be for service, i had a good experience with them in my car but when you look into the detailed bill you will find items that you think are not worth it, eg. I gave my car for the 9th year service, they added an air freshener pouch and charged for that, which i would question and tie straps and things like that. People are helpful, they are open on Sundays as well which i like

One of the best service centers of Maruti in and around Thiruvalla.It is not exactly low cost or anything,but the work is of top quality.
