Spare parts rates are too high even more than Company Service centre.
Staff behaviour is really bad.

Best workshop.. And service is topnotch.

Very prompt service and you can trust the garage. I am fully satisfied with their work. Only necessary replacements done with guarantee. I recommend this garage for for wheeler cars from benz, audi to even less costly vehicles

Good service, but have some problem with the water service rate and all. They are charging double the fees and don't have a interior polish 😬🙄

Good service and customer care

I am sharing my experience with mustang motors here. I have given my TATA hexa (which was till then was serviced TATA Authorized Service centers only) for the service at the mustang motors, marathakkara, as the Authorised service center was crowded and busy after lock down. The complaint i had were Bonnet not opening, Wheel alignment issue and other usual service practices. they took 1 week to open the bonnet (and even asked me to take the vehicle to TASS to get the bonnet opened), and another week to finish other jobs and after two week they handed over the vehicle to my relative as i was out of station for the work , a payment of Rs 12000/- was charged, which i paid online. once i was back home i took the vehicle for a drive .I was stunned to see that steering response was pathetic .I was feeling like some stone is inside the steering.Entire smoothness of the vehicle is lost. now i have given the vehicle to TASS to fix the issues and niggles . i have driven it only for 50 km and I am at service center again.
