Worst service experience. Irresponsible service centre and they do not value the money, effort and time of the customers. I gave my vehicle for service and Airconditioner Repair and it has been 15 days. There should be some penalty for such negligence and delay. Where is my Vehicle?? Someone should be held responsible for my loss of time, effort and money.

We people were travelling from Alappuzha to Munnar and had issues with our XUV500 brake pad and disc as we heard some weird sounds from the rear. Mr Jude Mathew and his service team helped us by diagnosing the main issue while we were chilling in the waiting area. I really loved how honest these people were and ready to help us despite having language barrier. I would recommend you guys to visit Mahindra Meridian Moto, if you got any problems with your Mahindra car rather than any local mechanic thinking that it ll cost you more here. By the way, we just paid Rs 118 only. Cheers!😊

Staff behaviour was improved a lot from earlier and the quality of service was also very improved. Keep up the good work team.

Sales wise Meridian Moto Alappuzha is good. But service is very poor. Staffs are not properly trained, they don't stay longer. Every time you go, staffs will keep on changing. They give false promises even though they are not sure of the actual issues. If its time consuming, they should inform customer in advance.

Please try to avoid service here if you care for your car.

Waited for 5 hrs just for diagnosis!

For anything Mahindra, Meridian Moto Alappuzha is definitely one of the best dealerships to work with. This review is based on my experience booking and taking delivery of my Thar from Meridian Moto. I've got to say that I am exceedingly satisfied and happy with all aspects of my purchase experience. The booking process, timely updates, clear and transparent communication, their focus on customer excellence - everything was top notch.

Special thanks to Lovely (Sales Executive & SPOC), Nadakumar (The Team Leader at the dealership), and Sanusha (Back Office, who helped me with the registration and reg number booking and bidding processes). These people were all extremely helpful, courteous, professional always willing to go the extra mile for anything and everything I needed throughout my purchase process.

I live in Ernakulam, yet I got my Thar from Meridian Alappuzha just because of the seamless and excellent experience they offered. If I were to go for another Mahindra vehicle anytime in the future, it will most definitely be from Meridian Moto. I highly recommend the dealership.
