i had a bad personal experience. They took a deposit from me without knowing when the car would arrive telling me it would take 6-8 weeks. Still no reply so i cancelled it and then ( as expected), the executive’s behaviour changed. He promised to give my deposit back in a day, day before yesterday. Still haven’t got it and now i have to call the kochi office which i have already done. What is this daylight robbery?? or u cud just tell me the actual day i will get my money back instead of fake promises and i had to cancel because of a fault on their part

I'm satisfying on the Performance of new Ertiga AT .The overall milege is 15km. And city milege is 13 and early morning highway milage is 20 without a/c and having half load.

Horrible experience on calling the customer care number.. Inspite of trying for 15 minutes, i was still unable to speak to someone. The call is getting disconnected at the end.. 4 times it happened.... I am a prospect customer... If i am getting this kind of treatment, i cant imagine how Popular customers are being treated here... 😄.. Thanks

Outstanding service by the team led by Mr Jayarajan. Sayanth, the young salesperson is very helpful in letting us choose the vehicle. He is honest in assessing the customer’s requirements and recommending the suitable model and type. He has the knack of thinking from the customers’ side. Best part is the after sale service. I did the second service of my vehicle today after six months. I got the same attention and consideration from Sayanth as when I went to finalise my booking, although servicing was a different section. This is the sort of approach that leads to lifelong relationship.
