I am very pleased with the malayam vehicles, vyttila dipartment. I bought xz plus Lux Nexon ev and got it within one month. The service provided by chethas and others were good.

I think this is the BEST tata showroom when compared to others in Ernakulam or Thrissur. Also the sales team here was too good to deal with. Our sales executive Maneesh was a direct person, gave us the best price on the initial enquiry itself. He was so professional and was awesome during process. Some of the other dealers were quoting higher and offered a matching price only when I have made my booking with Malayalam motors. I got my dark edition Nexon on my 32th day of my booking. The delivery ceremony was also so cool, and felt so elegant in the big showroom. Thank you, Malayalam motors vyttila.

PS:During the last days of my waiting period, one of the other dealer even offered me Teflon coating and Under body painting for free. But since my vehicle was about to deliver by next day I did not go for a bargain. So be informed about the things you can ask for if you are buying your first car.

The malayalam tata showroom at vytla has taken more than 02 months after giving the availability certificate and staff is not giving proper briefing and not clarifying the doubts. They trapping a customer at every step in vehicle registration and concern documents . I request to new customer pls take every promises in written. Finally I m not satisfied with delivery time taken by show room.

A bunch of cheats who will give you all kind of promises and freebies before you buy the vehicle. But once you buy it, they will give you a list of missed items in invoice which you will need to pay for. Also they have the worst after sales team. Any query via email is simply ignored.
