Comparing with other Renault service stations , this one is far better. But finishing touch is not good. just an average. Car parts visible to the customer, that painting is good. But in my car roof welding and painting which is not visible to customer, the finishing work is very below average.

When I went for enquiry itself I could feel the care which they give customers. Courteous enough to explain all the details of the vehicle including comparison charts. I am flattened and thinking of buying one asap.

Firstly of all thank you for your excellent service, we are very much satisfied with it. Especially for subeesh bro who was the one handed all procedures since the day one moreover I give a big applause for your tolerance nd patience 👏

Service was fine but the body work was not given enough attention. My left side mudguard is still not seated properly. When I asked them they are telling they didn't check before delivering the car.

I literally had to beg them for pickup and drop facility which is provided free of cost. The driver was asking money for the pick up n drop during service time.

Iam very good experience with Renault palakkad team. Especially Mr. Jithin
