Maruti Suzuki ARENA (AVG Motors, Kottayam, Baker Junction)

A great redefined showroom with a good visibility in all aspects. Though the showroom is a bit small, it has got all the facilities that are supposed to have. The way everything is arranged is nice, they have used there space to the maximum. The customer service was excellent with latest technologies being used for onboarding a new customer. They have also got a nice and clean cafeteria.

Maruti Suzuki ARENA AVG Showroom functioning at Heart place of Kottayam town, Baker Junction. I visit this Showroom since my childhood. This Showroom has Excellent customer interactive staffs. The Pleasant dealings and support of Mr. Ajith in the insurance department are very appreciable. This is the perfect place for your all Maruti Suzuki deals.

Maruti Suzuki sales office is located in the middle of the town of Kottayam, well a maintained, customer-friendly office. The insurance and service departments are excellent.

As per my experience they handle me as per my request and delivery was done accordingly. They modified the showroom as per the new maruti area standards
But they lack in parking for customers and the location in middle of the kottayam junction makes it hard to drive in

I am a frequent visitor of Maruti Arena for different needs. It is very customer friendly and the staffs are much service minded and well behaving. Thank you
