Incheon Kia - Palakkad

Really nice but not that great dealership
We took our Kia Sonet delivery from this dealership. The salespeople were so nice especially our salesman Mr Abhilash who fetched our car way before the actual waiting period
that is extraordinary 👌

But the delivery took almost a month because they didn't have a yard there or other features under this Incheon showroom.👎 This showroom needs to offer better facilities like atleast a yard because this dealership is situated in Palakkad which is the largest district in Kerala State

Pros and Cons

Pros -
🔵 In my experience the showroom employees are capable and efficient.
As i said my car was on their yard in 2 months meanwhile the actual waiting period was 6 months minimum 🔥 they must've pushed the company to manufacture my car soon that is impressive

Cons -
🔴 Even though this Incheon Kia Dealership is situated in the largest district in all Kerala, They still didn't have a yard here. The showroom is also small compared to the other car showrooms in town
Because of this they have to depend on Thrissur showroom for literally every major things and thus cause a lot of time 😑

🔴 As i said my car was ready in a month that was in first week of June 2022 (i booked my var on March 2022)
but it was kept in Thrissur yard for almost a month for a paint job and they had to wait for the Thrissur showroom to schedule the transist from there to palakkad by road that also i find disappointing

🔴 I blame Incheon Kia Management for not giving us a bigger showroom and a yard for the biggest district in Kerala so we can get our cars more faster and better customer support and service
And also we cab be self sufficient so that we can stop depending on Thrissur Incheon Kia for many basic things

NB - I'll post it here how good they are after my car's service's done and how they're gonna give me the future customer support ✌️

Im so glad be a part pf incheon kia palakkad! I had booked the vehicle SONET GTX PLUS AT on 24/11/2022 on a booking period of 8 months! The executive was Mr. Arjun! He very well helped in the booking process! We planned to book another brand vehicle but Arjun helped us to know more about the vehicle and it helped us understand the comparison between both the vehicles and had a test drive experience which helped us choose Kia over another brand!
We had a very fast delivery compared to the waiting period of 8 months! The whole crew helped us for the faster delivery, some of them including Santhosh (the sales manager), prasanth (registration department), Achuthan (CCM), and our executive Arjun!
The comfort we had in there was so good! All the members at the showroom behaved so well, service is Top-notch.
