It is a basic accommodation but is neat and clean.Owners are amicable , ready to help.

Plz don't go very bad facilities.

Veey bad service. No staff recruited for luggaage carrying. Inexperienced manager doing all work of hamali, or any oteher request. Food seeved is tasteless and contaminated. We 2 families started l9se motiobs after eating their bread omlet. That means 5 days old breadvwas seeved for breakfast. Later he said sorry. Rest poor condition of room such as no shower working. Hot water geysee not giving enough hot water. Pls dont go this hopeless vilaa

The best location found in Mahabaleshwar for resting, living for some days, cut out from every noice and traffic outside!!

An absolutely horrible place. The road leading to the villa is absolutely terrible, with or without rains. The villa is located 1.5kms from the main road, which is just a muddy kaccha road, with no lights, so it is pitch black. They say the roads are a problem only during monsoons, don't believe them. They say swiggy and Zomato deliver, again, don't believe them. They expect you to leave your shoes outside the villa, where other guests stay too, which is weird considering they call it a hotel.
The food is okay and the view is good, but not worth the overall stay. Oh and the staff wakes up at 8-8:30AM after continuously running around and ringing the bell for 30-35minutes, post which they will abuse you for waking them up.

The approach road to the property was horrible. When we reached we were told to remove footwear outside the property. We were three of us and were given only one towel for bathing. The room has a shared balcony so there was no privacy at all. The staff said that the TV will not work due to no dish antenna available.

Road is horrible. Don't go during rainy season. Place is good for other seasons. Must take your own vehicle. There is no other mode of transportation

Horrible location. The road and the surrounding is so remote! No other villas or hotels around.
The road is pathetic and very narrow.. it is disgusting in rainy season
