Had a wonderful and great stay. The welcome gesture was amazing and the location and ambience of the rooms are fantastic. The staffs are very prompt and helping natured, specially Housekeeping team deserves the appreciation they really made our stay more lovely the way they attended each and every special request are remarkable. Thanks again for the care.

There is no better place to stay in Port Blair than this Hotel. The vast sea will welcome from each and every rooms. A stroll along the hotel's pathway viewing the beautiful Andaman sea is captivating. The restaurant literally almost appears floating on the sea. A glass of beautiful wine on the bar overlooking the sea would make people remain put forgetting other places to visit.

Good location. Great views. Great food. Helpful staff. Bathroom hygiene could be improved. Urine stains on toilet left behind from previous occupancy. Locker not functioning. Electric kettle not clean. Wash basin drain outflow issues at occupancy. Otherwise good Stay. Thank you.

Great view with excellent food and service. Very helpful staff, who are quick to help and organize all kinds of trips and excursions all over the island. Moderate distance from the airport and very good restaurant and in-room-dining options.

Great place by the sea, very close to the key jetties in Port Blair. We spent a couple of days at this place, really great service and hospitality. Would recommend this strongly for family trips. The hotel has a great view overlooking the sea and is very scenic.

Checked in today , had a bad experience right from the start. I walked in, requested for a room, the gentleman at the reception politely requested to do online booking. A lady at the reception steps in , arrogantly declaring the hotel is fully booked right when her colleague is asking us to book online. I booked online , room was available and I got it. She drops us to our room no 106 - literally throws the keys , does not bother to give us any information on the restaurant / pool timings or that there are separate card keys for electricity and lock. We got locked out in the night and had to get to the reception to get the room opened.

These are the exact employees who give a business bad name. Who absolutely lack any sense of customer dealing.

Food is ok. Room is fine. Most of the staff is polite and humble. But terrible terrible dealing with guests by this lady, she ruined the experience for us.

Ok place. Not in line with the tariff they have. The views are incredible but the rooms are just ok. It is a old property which they have maintained well but not upgraded. So while it has that feel to it there are small inconveniences that you need to deal with. The staff here although very nice lacks training. The restaurant is just terrible when it comes to service. I think they are seriously short staffed and do not have a system/process in place. Every member appears to be overwhelmed and confused. The food is just ok. The bar is nice and the staff here also seems to be well trained. Overall an ok hotel as a stop on your way to/from other islands. They need to seriously do something about staff training and increasing staff.

The stay was as good as you would expect from an ITC Hotel. All the staffs were friendly & cooperative as they would provide you with the best of their services. One particular staff member Srishti from the front desk was very kind & helpful. The best part about the hotel is its serine location at the hill top which gives you the best view of Port Blair.
