I would recommend everyone who is reading this review to avoid going to this hotel. It’s not a 3 star hotel at all. Please do not book for a standard room (garden view) because the rooms are so damp that you’ll surely have to ask for a upgrade which will cost you around)1,000 day/room, that’s what this hotel’s strategy is. The standard room is not upto the mark. If you’re going through an agent they’ll also book a standard room but it’s a trap. They show something else but the reality is different.
Coming to the food, their food and service of the restaurant staff is pathetic, they’ll treat you as if they are making a favour on you by serving food to you. The quality of the food is not at all good, please do not eat food at this hotel’s restaurant apart from the complimentary breakfast. They were least bothered about the quality of the food when I raised it with their team.
The person standing on the reception told me to give him all the negative feedback and talk about all positives when putting it on google and trip advisor since they are ranking on the top five hotels in Neil(I think it was Mr. Santosh).
Please check all the pictures shown to you before visiting this hotel and be careful of what you choose. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Pay some extra money and choose wisely.

Good hotel, very good location, beach on either side of the property. we had booked deluxe room, which was on first floor. Room was clean, newly done, but the access to the room was bit round about through long stairs, won't recommend, for senior citizens. Dinner buffet was moderate with not many choices. Breakfast was good. Staff is very cordial. a big plus is the location at Lakshman beach 1 where sunset point is at walkable distance.

Visited this place in November 2021.
One of the nicer places to stay on Neil island. This resort is somewhat away from the port and at a walkable distance from Laxmanpur beach. It's a large resort, offering multiple choices for room sizes.
The rooms were clean and spacious, but the food quality can be improved greatly.

Our best times at the Andamans had been at The Pearl Park Beach Resort. We loved the place so much that we extended our stay by 1 day on special request to our travel agent. What should I not mention! The rooms, housekeeping, delicious foods at the restaurant, polite behavior of the restaurant staffs, swimming pool and the wonderful location with accessibility to the Laxmanpur Beach are things that made our trip a dream one. We would love to go there again and enjoy our stay at the lush greeneries of the nature under the beautiful hut based Deluxe rooms.

Not recommended AT ALL....
Definitely not with kids..Not at all kid friendly...Very Cheap behaviour by the management...The management takes the payment for room and food but when asked about the service they simply say that you can check with restaurant and they are not responsible for food.
Pool is not well maintained and tiles are broken and chipped off.
The charges of the room and food doesn't commensurate the quality and the service.
The staff are friendly but the management is pathetic.
1hr late check-out is also chargeable. The super deluxe which are high end rooms in this hotel is of Ok types. The other standard and deluxe rooms are not up to the mark.If you are booking for a standard or deluxe room,You will definitely need an upgrade of room which is again 2k extra.
Dont expect options in the breakfast buffet. Its just 3 items in breakfast. They couldn't even provide fruits for the baby.
Overall experience is bad

We stayed from 30.11.2022 to 01.12.2022 in room 115.
The property is located at an amazing location, standing tall at one end of the island and having sunset beach right next to it.
The rooms are really clean, tidy and well maintained.
The staff are very sober and welcoming.

Well recommended stay from my side.

We stayed in their ultra deluxe room which had a bathtub and that was the best room in our whole trip to Andaman. Neat and clean room designed beautifully.
The location of the resort is a real gem. bang on the laxmanpur beach. Hardly 1 minute walk. The sunset view from the property itself is something to behold.
We went to the beach in the night and it was a different experience altogether.
Their inhouse restaurant is good and servings are ample.

Stayed for 3 days in Deluxe cottage.

Pros
Breathing view of the sea from the rooms
Big rooms
Nicely maintained swimming pool
Lovely electric scooters available from hotels for rent
You can enjoy a beautiful sunset from the resort's own private beach.

Cons
Room service is slow.
They take 10 percent extra for Room Service if you order food from their in-house restaurant.
