Awesome ambience of the hotel made our stay unforgettable. Caring Crew of staff. Nice and clean rooms. Greenery and yard away beach is beautiful to make you feel elated and blissful on beautiful Niel Island....

As per name resort is very much attractive. They have personal beach 🏖️ so in free time you can chill 😎. Deluxe rooms are very specious. In menu they have limited choices so that is a negative point for tourists. Staff persons are cooperative. One more thing they have lot’s of Wifi but none one doesn’t work 🤪

The resort has access to a beach with a beautiful view ⛱️🏖️ that's the best part of the resort . The rooms are alright and they don't provide room service. The food is decent in the restaurant.

Individual houses were small without any cupboards. No electric kettle was provided in the room.
Food was good.
It has a beach inside the resort and it's pleasant.

Very Rude staff members especially babu. He doesn't know to talk to his guests. We booked a standard room for which they charged 3500Rs+ taxes, room was pathetic with dirty walls, unhygienic toilet, slum like ambience. On talking to babu he started yelling at us and he compelled us to take semi deluxe room for which they charged us with Rs 5000+ taxes. They don't have a buffet at breakfast, you will get just 2 options in breakfast. Theie prime business is to cheat tourists and earn their business. I strongly donot recommend this resort for the visit

Do not choose this place when visiting Neil island. Overpriced for what you get. In the bungalow we stayed at there were openings in the roof and bathroom where animals easily can sneak in. This place is near the beach and nature, so of course there are a lot of animals around. We had a snake in our room, we wanted the staff to carry it outside. The assured that it was non poisonous and that they wouldn’t kill it. But they did. They killed the poor snake.

Good resort right on the beach . Good sitting arrangement to enjoy the view and some swings are also there. We stayed in semi deluxe room and room has private balcony from where view was awesome. Good food at their restaurant and good lighting arrangement at night near beach area

Very beautiful resort in neil island. Situated very close to the jetty point. Surrounded by coconut trees all around It has sea facing view which is amazing. It has swings on the tree and recliner benches at the sea side which gives it full aesthetic look. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathroom is very small but it was fine. All the rooms have a seperate space and a cloth drying stand for hanging wet clothes.
The restaurant is very spacious and made of hut shape which gives it a very aesthetic look. The sea view from the restaurant and the food is absolutely amazing. Food is just superbly delicious. Although in vegetarian options there were only few options. Breakfast had good variety of dishes. Coco n huts is a very peaceful and beautiful resort. You can spent the day sitting on the beach relaxing to the sound of waves.
