Resort look and feel is good but it wasn’t maintained properly. Customer service isn’t good. From Receptionist to room service - They don’t feel like doing their job and helping the guest. These people aren’t fit to be in Hospitality industry. I stayed for 3 nights and they dint cleaned the room through out my stay. They dint cleaned the toilet (they dint asked). There is no tooth brush, soap provided for 2 people. Most important.. we booked a room for 3 people and they said 4000 for 2 people and 5000 for 3 people. But, 3rd person dint make it at last minute and they aren’t ready to reduce the price to 4000 INR. There is no extra bed they will provide for 3rd person because there is no space in the room to use extra bed. I dint see them cleaning swimming pool through out my stay. They aren’t ready to take my feedback seriously. We tried to use their canteen but they aren’t ready to serve even at 9:30 pm. They said that it will be open till 11 pm. Breakfast - they said it will be buffet but they came up with fixed menu as Poori, Veg sandwich, and omelette. I never had such a poor breakfast in any star rated resorts that too in Goa. I like their property and fares are competitive as per market standard but their staffs aren’t qualified to do this job.

First of all the location is Prime, the Baga beach and Tito's lane are just next to you. It's situated in the Calangute - Baga road, which is always on. The rooms are really good, feels cozy. Food is good but didn't tried much, as always eating outside. Service is good. Nothing to complain. Staff is helpful. You will enjoy your stay here. Book thru online platforms for great offers.

SORRY NOT SORRY!!! THE WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!! my stay was soo horrible and the service was bad please dont fall for the images in google they are very different , i happend to fall for the images and when i booked and paid money 50k for 3 nights and booked 3 rooms all the 3 rooms were soo dirty no cleaning and the a/c doesnt work the shower is broken (shower doesnt work) the place isnt maintained , we didnt have privacy !!! the locks for the main cottage door doesnt work we couldnt lock the door , NO SAFETY!!! . they have very odd check in and check out timings and the staff have no manners including the manager very horrible! they couldnt let us have a peaceful checkout they were peeping through the doors and just barged in without out informing us while we are packing ! HOW DISGUSTING !!!! as a social media influencer i can give horrible reviews on this place . this place doesnt even deserve even 1 star rating i hope this message goes to everyone and the owner of the resort this place doesnt have good staff and maintenance . i hope someone can take the initiation to make the place proper and the place had a very high pricing and wasnt worth 6k!! they dont refund too ! think before you book !!!

Stayed here for a single night. Peaceful place if you are traveling with family. Has a medium sized pool. Breakfast buffet was good. Over budgeted during season time. If you get it for 7K or less per night than the deal is good.
Baga beach is at walkable distance of 400-500m

Really nice property with very well maintained & behaved staff.. the food, amenities and landscape are marvellous. If you’re planning a trip to Goa, definitely check this resort out at the most prime location aswell!

Location is very good, just in between Baga beach and Calangute beach. Hotel has nice setup, reception, rooms, swimming pool, inhouse kitchen, pool side kitchen, small garden etc. There are restaurent s and liquor shop just near by. Beach is hardly 100 mtrs away. Bike and taxi on rent is available just outside the gate. Staff is very helpful. Thanks for pleasent stay.

Nice Place and very well maintained place.... And u will love to stay there.... Staff is very polite and very kind in manner and response.... Specially Rahman Bhai.... 1 Star cut for the only reason that which service is complementary everyday they are not providing that things. You have to tell them u need it then they will provide it.... Just like soap, shower gel, water bottles....etc.... and we tell them for example at 12 pm that we want this things they will provide at 2 pm 3pm and sometimes early.... That's the only loophole for this resort ... But I will say for location its best hotel in goa....
