I would like to rate this resort definitely a 5 star. We took a sea facing balcony room, and the view was definitely mesmerizing. Enjoyed watching and listening to the sea waves from our room. The staff hospitality was amazing, The bonus was dinner with beautiful restaurant ambience, with good live music. The singers were very entertaining, and we enjoyed every second. Suggestions: Rooms being old, need a little renovation/refurbishments Open food space should be there, to enjoy the sea view while eating(Might be not available now due to monsoon)

The location is perfect. The view from the ocean facing room is absolutely amazing. The rooms are a little bit old and slightly low maintained. But the service were pretty good. A quite and beautiful beach is right next to the hotel and this adds a lot of plus points for me. Aside from the cows strolling around in the beach, it is quiet, clean and breathtaking.

We loved the stay in this resort. As all are sea facing rooms you get lovely views from the balcony. And reasonably clean and beautiful beach to enjoy! Food is just ok. There are many nearby eateries if you wish to try different variety!

Very nice location adjacent to beach however property is not maintained well. Hotel Rooms are specious Beds are very old unfortunately not maintained properly. You need to specifically ask for toiletry stuff like dental kit, shaving kit and shampoo etc.
Reception , drop-in areas doesn't give premium feel at all instead of very nice location , hope owners will read this and spend some money maintain this well.
You can't run music in this area post 10:30PM unfortunately that's more disappointing in Goa. They need some indoor club to leverage the location.

The only plus factor is the sea view, rest everything is below normal. The rooms, the staff, the services, everything is below normal. I would say if you are paying such a price and can compensate with sea facing rooms, do not go for this resort. Please look for other sea facing resorts offering better services.

Visited during festivals in group.
Best location. The ambiance of common areas giving impression of a place just above average.
Good food and very good service.
Rooms need good deal of improvement. Some hitches here and there. But the staff addressed all of that promptly and courteously.

I have stayed here for two nights during third week of Oct. Nice & beautiful property. Positives - Very close to Airport, photography at pool is must do thing as you can have sea submerging view here, right on beach suitable for family with kids, nice big rooms, live music every night, nice well equipped resturant Cons - Comparatively old property, furniture & cabinet have scope of improvement, complimentary airport drop & pick should be provided The final Verdict Must stay place for family, if looking a peaceful stay and nearby to airport.

A lovely resort, with stunning views! Their view onto the beach was gorgeous. The food was also very good, and had lots of excellent Indian and western options for all meals of the day. We attended a wedding, and highly recommend the space for any party needs you'd want! But it'd also be a great place to relax as a family or couple.
