Santana Beach Resort

We stayed in Santana beach resort for 3 nights. It was well maintained property with private access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good and the staff were very courteous. We felt the pool is a bit smaller size for such a big resort. The sunken bar had always people seated around. The resort is located in a very good location, accessible to many good restaurants nearby.

Best thing about this resort is probably the location. Beyond that I didn't find anything impressive or resort like. There is hardly enough open space inside the property. It looks like it was made for retirement living but later converted into resort. Which is why there are no open space you feel like you're staying in a gated community.

There are 2 tiny pools which are as good as kids pool. Very disappointing.

Rooms are old fashioned but spacious. Upper floors have 2 balconies but not much view. AC was noisy.

Breakfast was disappointing. Mostly Indian items and not much continental choices.

For the price there are better options. Definitely not worth such high rating.

It's a very beautiful resort, well-maintained and located on the Candolim beach. Food is tasty with reasonable pricing. Pools are well-maintained, cleaned and life guard is present during the day. Bar counter near the pool is properly managed. This was my second time visit.

It’s excellent place to stay with family. It’s just two mints walk from the hotel to the beach. Don’t forget to have dinner at calamari . We had a blast with live music.
The room are neat and clean. The staff were very humble and quick with all the service. Our best place was near pool. The bar tender always helped us by serving new cocktails. The breakfast was decent.
We all family members enjoyed a lot. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary day. Thank you to each and every member of Santana. Would surly come again .

We stayed in Santana for two nights. It was well maintained. The rooms were huge. They had a living room, balcony and a bedroom, some of the rooms even had a kitchen. The mini fridge was stocked with drinks. The room service was good. The resort has a private beach access and they aren’t crowded. It is just a couple of minutes walk. There was live music performance in the restaurant by the beach. The food was a bit expensive. What i loved about the resort was, it was filled with plants which gave it a pleasant look. Overall I had a good experience there.

This is the second time we stayed here for our Goa trip. The resort is unique in it's look and feel, it has contemporary touch which I liked. Rooms are bogger, clean and have spacious sit out areas. The pool is well maintained and has section for kids. It's hardly 2 mins walk to the beach,location is very good . Lot of shops and eatery outside the resort.
Good parking space. We stayed in Marquis as well before, but we like it here more. Two downside , cost has gone up significantly compared to last year and the breakfast spread could be improved a lot.

I wasn't a guest at the property. I just happened to stop by for breakfast and quite possibly one of the most amazing breakfast experiences I have had in Goa.

They have got a nice make shift shack like experience and then tables laid out in the garden area where you can be seated. After breakfast, I spent a lot of time reading and the staff was courteous enough to give me space even if I wasn't staying there. They have connected access to the beach which is worth exploring after a nice breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I have 4 year and a 1.5 year old kids. I must say its the perfect place if you plan for a holiday in Goa. The resort is so beautiful with so much greenery and we'll maintained. Its located in the heart of Candolim beach. It has two access, one to the main road where you can go shopping and have eateries and the other is to the beach. What more can you ask for. The rooms are huge and clean and they all have balconies. Service is excellent. They know their job. Swimming pools are very well maintained and they have two pools. There is also a toddler section. There's bar at the pool. The restaurant served yummy food. Our breakfast was included and it was great with Indian to American breakfast. There was live music. Its on Saturdays only. So well arranged. Calamari shack is just a hop skip and jump. Overall, a five star and would recommend it anyone travelling to Goa.
One suggestion is, anyone travelling with elderly people, try and get the rooms below. They can avoid climbing up to the rooms above.
