rooms are clean
Food is good
Staffs are friendly
It also has decent pool
It give it a 9/10
Less 1 for food preparation time.
Rest is so good!!

All rooms have broken doors. They charge prices fir a/c rooms but a/c works only for 2-3 hours in a day. Fooding orders are also manipulated as they add fake orders to your bills. First they provide torn matresses...and then charge for the same by blaming that the customers have damaged it. Wifi signal also never work. Please do no stay here!🙏

I have recently stayed here from 29th -31st Oct 2022 and stayed in room number 109. First of all I would like to clarify that this is not a resort. It's a lodge/guest house which have a swimming pool. Don't go with images available on apps and Google. They are edited (photoshop) or too old pictures. Staff is not at all supportive. Every-time I saw someone is standing at reception and discussing their issues. If you are not getting property in Goa don't go but don't book this property. It can spoil your complete trip book at your own risk. It's zero star property. I have booked a deluxe AC room here. AC deluxe room details:- 1. AC is intermittently working. You have to beg for it before using as they have control of AC. They frequently switched off your AC and if you asked the reason for it, "pta nai kuchh hua hoga" 2. Very old furniture. Either they have purchased a rejected furniture or its too old. Seems like minimum 20 year old. 3. They have put an antic piece 20-25 years old non working CRT TV. If you asked the reason, maintenance is going on. Didn't get what type of maintenance going on. They aren't ready for one time investment. 4. Very old mattress and pillow. 5. No Jio network in that area and WiFi is also not working. 6. Frequent power cut and no power backup facility available. 7. In deluxe room, they are providing only 2 bulb so lightening isn't sufficient in room. 8. Shower is also very old. Only few wholes are open. 9. Mosquitos are there.

Just Ok!! but near the beach within 50-60 meters. Standard rooms are just like standard and not so worthy for 2500(that too without breakfast) even at the time of December 1500 rupees is more than enough. The staff is good and mannered. The pool area is also good compared to other 4-5 resorts nearby.

This is basically a no frill type hotel, if you are interested in reasonably priced very close to beach Hotel, this is one of them. Don't expect much of the services or anything from the hotel It's just a hotel with basic amenities. In this hotel you are there just for a comfortable sleep and to use average bathroom. Also the beds were really comfortable, they were also large in size. If you are looking for a luxury stay just avoid this hotel. But the location is excellent. The also have a parking area. They provide a wifi connection which just does not work when you need it. Swimming pool was clean and average in size. The person at the front desk / reception was really nice.

Poor poor poor.....poor is the only right word for this resort and specially for it's staff. When we reach their the room was not ready at 12 am midnight. Then they behaved like hell with us. I lost my personal stuff as well from my bag. Poor poor very poor. Absolutely NO NO for this resort. Don't go for this resort if you don't want to spoil your vacations.

Fraud. I booked 2 rooms via Agoda. And when we arrived there were no rooms at all. I was with family, and one can imagine the pain and tension when you are in such a situation. You plan the whole day ans it starts with no rooms, the money at stake, need to find another stay. We called Agoda, they did not help. And these guys had no room vacant. They did not ever bother helping us find another room.

Worst property to book. They denied the booking even after getting confirmation online and they blame online system for it which is just a lie. How is it a system can work for other Hotels and not for them? I was not only one with denied booking and there were 4 families before me with same suffering. I would give a negetive rating as due to their irresponsible behaviour my holiday got ruined.
