Loved the service over here. Recently I bought lenses from here and I've to say this Rohan Shelar took the utmost care of me while handling lenses and taught me to use it the right way. No optical shop shows so much interest or doesn't teach to wear lenses everyday but here the service is too good. To everyone out there, if you want to buy any spectacles or lenses go for this brand and this branch.

The service is too good, employees are hardworking they took all the precautions which is needed in this pandemic.their are all glass frame from cheap to high employees are caretaking .If u want to buy a glass in ratnagiri i refer this showroom.

Bad behaviour staff. Service is not good and service take too much time even not proper..
Such bad experience about shop and exicutive.....
