Note: LENSKART DOES NOT REPAIR THE PRODUCTS BROUGHT FROM THEM. THATS THE CUSTOMERS LOOKOUT TO EITHER GO TO MUMBAI OR PUNE AND GET IT REPAIRED. So, don’t buy anything from LENSKART. Because the specs being the strongest objects in the world, never break. That could probably the reason why LENSKART doesn’t repair them.

Extremely rude behaviour from the staff especially Mr. Aditya Chowdhari at the College Road Lenskart Store.

We wanted to pay and get the specs repaired that we had purchased from LENSKART a few months ago. Apparently LENSKART doesn’t do that. Be careful before purchasing anything from LENSKART.

A grand shop lenskart very unique eye testing facility absolutely free of cost plus you can order your specs reasonable pricing go for it fully recommend and thank you Store manager Aditya for best eye and frames 👍

Non cooperating staff such a bad experience abt it...they don't even ask new customer...they ignore customers.

After taking subscription of lenskart no one is available for eye checkup

Good store but it's a small store so variety is also limited. Staff is good and helpful, they were very busy that day being weekend.... inspite of they were trying to help each n every customer.

Staff is very very rude. Don't know how to talk to customers. Give them some training or replace right away. Especially the senior once

Poor experience..recieved wrong power lenses for my specs which caused alot of prblm and new order is still pending!!
