Worst place to buy spectacles or glasses. The executive & technicians are unprofessional ppl. They don't have basic knowledge about spectacles. They give old frames which are used to display to the customer. I repent buying from them. Also they don't have Essilor glasses instead make their own which is inferior ones, just basic glasses with nothing premium but costs premium!

Experienced a very good service at this store. I had purchased my new spec and lenses from this store. But unfortunately noticed some coating issues on frame. They have a six month warranty. But I approached them a bit late and requested for replacement. They accepted the request and provided a brand new frame without any issues. Happy with the service

The most I liked is the insurance i.e. in case of any breakage you'll get 85% return of the total price of your spectacles. This thing made many of my friends buy spectacles from here!
